Black Lace-up Mini Skirt

I upsized a black Ann Taylor Loft mini skirt by opening up a front-side seam and adding a black lace-up detail. The skirt still fits at the waist, but now it has adjustable room through the hips. I made the loops and spaghetti tie from black scrap fabric. Looks fab over bike shorts, but could be cute over a sheer/fluffy skirt, bloomers, jorts, silky lounge pants or jeans!
